By completing HRAs, you will help connect your clients with the right care, boosting their health and wellbeing.
For Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) and select Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNP), you can earn an administrative fee payment for each completed HRA.
Earn $125 by completing an HRA for D-SNP and select C-SNP enrollments
Excludes Kidney Care C-SNPs
How to Submit the HRA
For new enrollees, the HRA can be submitted electronically during enrollment using your online enrollment tool.
For current members, confirm if they have an HRA on file.
Log in to Producer Toolbox and go to the Create a Report Section in the lower right side of the page.
• Select Member HRA Status in the Report Type field and click Go To Report.
• If the HRA Opportunity section displays “Yes”, you can submit an HRA for that member.
