Nation’s Benefits is the Vendor for Anthem OTC, Groceries, and DVH benefit card. Their customer service line is 866-413-2582. Nation’s Benefits customer service can assist clients with answering any questions, placing online orders, checking member balances, or assist with any issues. Clients will receive their Nations Benefit card in the mail about two weeks after they receive their HCID card, and they can activate their benefit card online or be calling 866-413-2582.
Medicare Supplement Agent Bonus:
Updated for 4/1/2025 through 10/1/2025 effective dates!! You can continue to earn a bonus for each Anthem Medicare Supplement plan sold to newly eligible beneficiaries during their Medigap Open Enrollment Period. When the plan is underwritten you can earn even more.
- Sell 3-4 plans, earn an extra $100 per sale.
- Sell 5+ plans, earn an extra $225 per sale.
- Earn $400 for each plan sold with an approved underwritten application.
HRA Submission:
For Dual Special Needs Plans, you can earn a $125 administrative fee payment for each completed HRA! By completing HRAs, you will help connect your clients with the right care, boosting their health and wellbeing. For current members, confirm if they have an HRA on file.
- Log in to Producer Toolbox and go to ‘Create a Report’ section in the lower right side of the page.
- Select Member HRA Status in the Report Type field and clikc ‘Go To Report.’
- If the HRA Opportunity section displays ‘Yes,’ you can submit an HRA for that member.
Health Perks for DSNP Only: Anthem has expanded the Health Perks Medicare Member Incentive Program to include all DSNP contracts and offer a variety of rewards for completing healthcare activities. To be eligible for a gift card, members must complete a healthcare activity between 01/01/2025 and 12/31/2025 and attest through mail, phone, or online. Healthcare activities eligible for gift card are in the chart below. Have your client contact Member Services at 1-844-879-3611 for more information!
